It is a comprehensive group training program that focuses on ALL aspects of fitness- Strength, Cardio, & Flexibility!  This IS your one stop shop to becoming the best version of yourself you have ever been and you will have fun in the process!  


How do we set ourselves apart from other boot camps and group training programs like Orange Theory, CrossFit, etc?Unlike those programs, we offer different TYPES of workouts every day.  That's the BEST way to get results, stay committed, and not get bored!


  • Monday we do STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
  • Tuesday we do TABATA (HIIT Conditioning) 
  • Wednesday we do WEIGHT TRAINING
  • Thursday we do FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
  • Friday we combine STRENGTH TRAINING, CARDIO, & FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
  • Saturday we offer 2 sessions- STRENGTH & CONDITIONING -or- WEIGHT TRANING
