This group training is so much more than "just" your typical tire flipping, burpees, and sled pushing bootcamp! It is a comprehensive group training program that focuses on ALL aspects of fitness- Strength, Cardio, & Flexibility!  This IS your one stop shop to becoming the best version of yourself you have ever been and you will have fun in the process!  


How do we set ourselves apart from other boot camps and group training programs like Orange Theory, CrossFit, etc?Unlike those programs, we offer different TYPES of workouts every day.  That's the BEST way to get results, stay committed, and not get bored!


  • Monday we train for strength & conditioning using various tools and formats.
  • Tuesday we do Tabata, which is the best H.I.I.T. workout there is & we throw a little yoga in too! 
  • Wednesday we lift weights.  Period.  This is too often overlooked and MUST be a focus.
  • Thursday we have Adult Recess, which is your traditional style anything goes workout!
  • Friday we have our SSS sessions, which combine strength work, sweat work, and stretch work. 
  • Saturday we offer a standard style 75 minute boot camp or another weight training "only" session.


So what does this mean for you?  That you'll never get bored, you won't over train, and you'll get maximum results in the least amount of time possible.  It also means you don't have to do ANYTHING else.  All the bases are covered with ONE program and you'll do it under expert supervision and guidance from a Master Trainer with over 15 years of experience.
