CLASS DESCRIPTIONS 

FITNESS BOOTCAMP & FITNESS BOOTCAMP 60
Suitable for all fitness levels- from beginners to experts!!  This station based workout is designed so that it can be modified according to your individual needs, while still training with a group.  The interval type changes from session to session, which means NO BOREDOM, NO BURN-OUT & the FASTEST RESULTS POSSIBLE for YOU!  This total body workout sizzles calories and scorches fat by incorporating both strength training and cardio into a FUN workout!  You will learn how to use light weight dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, plyometrics, body weight exercises, basic kettlebells, calisthenics, and more to get you in the BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE! The traditional class lasts 45 minutes while the 60 version is one hour.

CARDIO CAMP
This class is sure to make you sweat and to get those endorphins going to make you FEEL GREAT by REDUCING STRESS and INCREASING ENERGY levels.  With this fast paced trainer lead workout, anything goes!  You will crank up your calorie and fat burning potential in unpredictable ways.  Perfect for the client who needs help getting their cardio in and for clients who want to take the fitness bootcamp class or the strength on the mat class to the next level! Not your traditional cardio class! When weather permits, drills will usually involve being outdoors.

S&C BOOTCAMP & S&C BOOTCAMP 60 (Strength & Conditioning)
An interval based full body workout that alternates blocks of strength training exercises and cardio conditioning.  May be on the mat or a station based workout.  This class mixes traditional resistance strength training exercises with cardio drills, and power moves!  Get your strength training done while also burning some serious fat and calories working up a sweat with the conditioning drills- all in one fun 45 minute workout!  All levels welcome.  The traditional class lasts 45 minutes while the 60 version is one hour.

BOOTCAMP EXPRESS
A kick-butt quickie!  30 minutes of calorie scorching and fat torching FUN!  Format varies and is unpredictable, but is sure to whip you or keep you in GREAT shape working all the muscles in your body including your heart!

STRICTLY STRENGTH (ON THE MAT)
A total body workout that focuses on strength training using body weight, dumbbells, and/or resistance bands.  Get your heart rate up into the fat burning zone by alternating between upper body and lower body strength training exercises with little to no rest between the movements.  This class is perfect for the client who wants to zone in on strength training solely, without the cardio component.  Perfect for those who are looking for a low impact workout that will really have you sweating and trying to catch your breath!  Try this in combination with the cardio class that runs prior to it for a 90 minute BLAST!!

ALL ABS
Get AMAZING abs with this 15 minute bootcamp devoted solely to tightening that tummy & targeting ALL the abdominal and lower back muscles! Whittle your middle!
